Amongst the Wild Flowers | Original Watercolour Painting
‘Amongst the Wild Flowers’ started it’s life in Dartmoor National Park, sat by the magical Bala Brook, and was finished in a flurry of activity back at the studio. There was no intention on its outcome just feeling, being, breathing each brushstroke across the page. Each blade of grass represents a breath, connecting my brush and breath to create a truly freeing work of art which echo’s how I felt painting out in nature.
Measures approx 500 x 700 mm, mounted, unframed, painted on 300gsm smooth textured watercolour paper, with light fast mineral pigment artisan pan watercolour and liquid watercolour. Created with water collected from the Brook itself. The artwork is signed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. All IP (Intellectual Property) remains with the Artist.
If you would like to receive further images or a video of the work then please email hello@irishill.co.uk If you are local to Winchester, Hampshire, UK you are also welcome to arrange a viewing.
